Generators
If you do not have electricity at the site of your party, we can provide a generator. Generators cost $45 for 8 hours minimum. Each additional hour is a $10.00 charge.
Referees
We can provide referees to monitor our bounce equipment. We charge $15.00 per hour for each referee needed. The number of referees you will need will depend on the bounce equipment you select for your party or event.
Delivery Charges
Outside the our regular area we charge a delivery fee starting at $25 and increasing the farther the delivery is outside are regular delivery range.
Deposit is required to reserve and hold the bounce house of your choice.
All deposits are nonrefundable if you have to cancel your party, your deposit will be held and my be used towards your next party.
Refunds of deposit is not giving due to the fact that we held the unit for you and we could have rented the unit out to someone else and we are now at a loss for that day.
Do I have sufficient electricity available for the bouncers I want to use?
You will need to provide electricity for our bouncer blowers. If you are renting a bouncer for your backyard, we provide extension cords to plug into your outlet. If you are planning your party for a park, you will need to make certain electricity is available. If electricity is not available, we provide generators for a small fee. If you are planning a big event, please contact our Special Events coordinator, Jennifer for assistance.
Can ACP provide a referee to monitor the bounce house for us?
APC can provide referees for you. We charge $15 an hour per referee. Our large interactive events and slides may require more than one referee.
How much space do I need for the bounce house? Will it fit inside my home?
When determining space for a bounce house you must consider two things: area needed on the ground and height needed. Some of our bouncers are very tall. Most will not fit inside your living room. Our regular bouncers are 13 X 13 feet or 15 x 15 feet. (check next text under picture of the unit you want for the size) You will need additional space for the blower motor and for an area to enter the bounce house. Call us for specifics about your party. We do have a much smaller bouncer that works will with really small children.
What age children are allowed in your bouncers?
Our regular bounce houses can handle all ages. As the age of the children using the bouncer goes up, the number of children that should bounce in the house goes down. We recommend that very young children be allowed to bounce by themselves or with a parent.
Will you set up and take down the bounce house for us?
Absolutely. Our goal is to be at your home 60 minutes prior to your party start time. In most circumstances we can have your bouncer set up in 15 to 30 minutes. We'll return to your home at the end of your party and do all the tear down of the bouncer. Please leave the unit on and running and shut down any water on slide.
What do I do if it rains?
If it rains during your party just leave the unit running every thing from the unit to the motors are made to get wet. Please do not shut down the unit for any reason. Once the rain stops just take a towel and wipe down the in side and the air from the unit will do the rest. If you are going to be at a park bring some towels with you.
